How skeptis cheat the reder! read - The 'Exact Science' Of Nadi Jothidam | Nirmukta
The 'Exact Science' Of Nadi Jothidam | Nirmukta: "First I was asked where I came from. When I replied Udupi, he said that had been accurately mentioned in his leaf. The next question was whether I was a Brahmin or not. When I asked what the leaf said, I was told non-brahmin. When I said yes, he made the very earth-shaking declaration that I was a non vegetarian! I asked him to go on and he said that both my parents were alive. Since, both of them are no more, he said that the inference had been probably arrived at, by the presence of their souls on earth! I had made no attempts to send them to heaven by performing the required rituals. I was also informed that my father had been a government servant and had retired. That would have been news to him if he were alive. He had never worked for anyone else in his lifetime. Then I was told that I too had been in government service and ha retired (that last part is not a very difficult conclusion going by my age!) The Pais of Manipal who had been my employers at Manipal University would be glad to hear of this elevation in their status from an influential family to a government organization. The next statement was about the day of my birth and I was told that I had been born on a Monday and under Makara Rashi. When I replied I did not know whether either of them was true or false, I was told that I am a Muslim!
Then I was told the following:
1. I owned the house in which I live (true) and so did my father (false).
2. I had two wives (I haven’t met the second one yet)
3. I had two children from my deceased first wife and for their sake married for the second time. I misled him here saying that my first wife was not deceased, but I had divorced because she had no issue. The children were of my second one. The interpreter of Nadi fell into the trap and agreed with me. He also said that there was a small error in his reading.
4. I had two brothers and one sister. This is true but when I said it was wrong he changed it to one brother and one sister.
5. My fathers name starts with one of the dozen alphabets listed. When I said no, he followed with a dozen other alphabets. When I replied in the negative again, he was flabbergasted.
About thirty minutes had passed and getting tired of this, I told the Nadi reader that most of what he had said was nonsense. He got angry at this and told me that I should have been honest with him. I replied that he should have known about this because his own Nadi leaf would have contained the information that his powers would be tested on that day. When I asked him whether I had to pay for all the rubbish that he had told, he flounced out of his own establishment with the Nadi leaves pertaining to my life under his arm, leaving us there. After waiting for a few minutes for him to come back, we came out. By then I had gathered how the so called Nadi fortune tellers manage to make ‘accurate predictions’ of the past and future.
The leaves are just a prop for them. They are covered in scribbles which only the Nadi reader can supposedly interpret. The information about the client is gathered by the following methods:No if minute study is conducted the names of the persons could be read by Tami experts. This means Nayak has not bothered to get palm leaf read by any of the expert Tamilian.
* 1. The client and those accompanying them are asked to wait until the proper leaves are found. During this time they are asked to wait in a room which is wired and the conversation is spied upon. Has Nayak exposed this while he was with his supported? No. Why not ? Because he is not interested to expose the truth but to make reader believe that he has exposed by merely visiting Nadi center.
* 2. The interpreter is a clever ‘cold-reader‘. He notes the reactions of the client and those who accompany them, to check the accuracy of the predictions.
If so for many Tamil seekers no interpreter is required then who becomes cold reader?
* 3. Pointed questions are asked to ‘predict’ the background of the clients- questions like caste, religion etc. That is not prediction in any case,
* 4. Names and other specific details are rooted out by trying to guess the first alphabet of the word followed by the second one and so on by a process of elimination. By making this allegation of guess work, nothing is proved.
* 5. Most of the information is provided by the client from our reactions to yes or no questions or from subconscious body signals. In my case, since I am quite experienced in providing misleading body signals and since those accompanying me had no knowledge about my personal matters, the reader was not in a position to acquire any knowledge about me by this method, thus playing into the trap.
How thew name of the person be guessed by body signal ? Can Nayak give a demo by guessing someone's name?
Once the Swami realized that he was being misled and that I was a hard nut to crack, he backed out. So much for the ‘accurate science’ of Nadi Jothidam!
In fact Nayak backed out. He should have followed till the leaf is found out if not in that center some other center, in Vaideeshwaran village. There are many centers. Even if had he not found out his own palm leaf he should have tried to get note book of the clients available in the center randomly. and tried to read the names of the concerned persons by the pother Naadi readers. Why did he not do? Because he is not interested to expose the Naadi phenomena but to pretend that he has exposed the secrets of naadi reading. In this way he has exposed and got trapped himself of doing nothing and trumpeted much,

good to be a skeptic, but it is not good to be a cheap stake skeptic.
Duncan Gill referred us to an article in The Australian about a man in India who claims he hasn't eaten or taken a drink in 68 years, a veritable inediate. Prahlad Jani also claims he hasn't gone to the bathroom in all those years. The story claims that Mr. Jani (whose name means Lying Through My Holy Palate) was put under round-the-clock surveillance at a hospital. Neurologist Sudhir Shah (whose name means I Am Too Smart to Be Fooled) said Jani was under watch for 10 days with a closed-circuit camera running and they didn't see him eat or drink anything or go to the bathroom. The story was sent to The Australian by "correspondents in Ahmedabad, India" Ahmedabad means City of the Credulous and is the commercial capital of the western state of Gujarat (which means Gotcha!). When The Australian was contacted and asked if they had verified their sources' claims, they replied: "No. Why do you ask? It could be true, you know." Skeptics accuse Jani of surreptitiously sucking in prana through his nose ring.
The award must be shared with the BBC, CNN, Der Spiegel, China Daily, and the Hindustan Times. All report that Jani says he survives without food or water because of a hole in his palate and that his followers call him "mataji" or goddess. He also says he has lived in caves since he was eight, so how he attracted a following is not known, nor is it clear how a man who lives in caves and doesn't eat grew in size from a child to an adult as if he were an eater.
reader comments (11 May 2010):
Dear Sirs,
I am a skeptic and a strong atheist. This feedback refers to the report on Prahlad Jani. I, too, do not believe such stories; there are many in India.
What I object to is the language used in the report. The meaning of names (given in brackets) is wrong and in very bad taste. There is no need for such ad hominems (if my English is correct). Given below as the instances:
Mr. Jani (whose name means Lying Through My Holy Palate): Mr. Jani's first name is Prahlad. It is the name of one of the greatest devotees of Lord Vishnu in hinduism, and it does not mean 'Lying Through My Holy Palate'. Prahlad possibly means 'first born'.
Neurologist Sudhir Shah (whose name means I Am Too Smart to Be Fooled): Sudhir means 'one of great patience', it does not mean 'I Am Too Smart to Be Fooled'.
Ahmedabad means City of the Credulous: Ahmedabad was founded in 1411 by Sultan Ahmed Shah and is named after him.
Gujarat (which means Gotcha!): Gujarat is possibly derived from the name of a hephthalite tribe (White Huns), whom the Indian chroniclers called 'Gurjaras'. "Chinese chronicles they were originally a tribe living to the north of the Great Wall and were known as Hoa or Hoa-tun. Elsewhere they were called White Huns. It is good to be a skeptic, but it is not good to be a cheap stake skeptic. With regards,
Yours sincerely,
Amar Nath Reu
RTC replies: Thanks for the "corrections." Humor is a matter of taste. What I find funny, you find insulting. Fair enough. Making fun of names may be in bad taste, but it is not a logical fallacy (as the ad hominem is).

1,
Where to find sixth sense?
2,
Concentrate to the centre of the picture
3,
Sixth sense
x According to official science,we are gifted by five senses: touch, smell, sight, hearing, taste.
x But inside us is one more sense, we cannot name:- is it possibility to connect with concrete other human being , reed his thinking, make diagnosis of his health state, look to his past, presence, but also to his future etc.
x This sense we mark as inner vision – clairvoyance , or extra-sensory perception ( ESP)
x Special name of this ability is: Precognication
x As per David Loy, clinical psychologist, says, it is holographic phenomenon
4,
Destiny
x Gerhard Croiset, Holland visionary says: „Destiny is always coming from inside – never from outside.anything, happening to us, come from us“
x Or :„What you seed, you will get“
x Goethe said: „Human being is a creator of his destiny“
x Sign on Oracle in Delphy says: “Find yourself“
x Albert Einstein said: „Human being is not only body, he is also soul“
x We are talking about each human being having own destiny, own book of destiny
x In India, as our guests will demonstrate, exists Leaves of destiny
x Due to prediction, we can inspire destiny
5,
Inner space
x Is proved, mind on inner space level is more active, than we are aware of it
x preliminary warning could come thrue the dream, suggestion, etc.
x Where are situated people, marked by our society as schizofrenics –as there are living in different world- but there are not prophets!
x Human mind proved to manage „unbelievable matters“
x Human mind can take control of body, enter a inner world, enter a database of inner space,or mind of other human being
6,
Inner space
x Our inner space provide us with informations in form of picture and images
x We are receiving messages mostly in altered status of sense
x Is possibble for anybody to enter to inner space without consequences?
x Is possibble to enter to own, or someone else inner space anytime?
x During entering inner space to other human being is distance taking no role
x This energy is not falling down with connection of square of the distance
7,
Where we can find our database?
x We have inside us informations from past, presence, but also future program
x At the moment of death is ěnding pilgrimage only physical body
x To where are leaving all informations from us?to where is transfered our“database“?
x Where is located the „depository“, where is this world-wide server of human programes?
x Who is determinating, when will be given back to the new initiated entities? Is there any regulation?
x In Universe exist information sphere , called Chronicle Akasha
8,
Where we can find our database?
x Do exist any central brain of humanity?
x Who is programing future of individual persons ?
x Do exist any theorem of it?
x We says, we are in God´s hands
x God is in us and we are in him ?
x Do has God any designers?
x The One, who is operating all here , is in different parts of World marked and portrayed always in other way, but anyhow,it is always only and one nerve centre.
x Human being does not need to be member of any church ,to by able to communicate with God

An Interview with Andrew and Angela Donovan
By Colin Whitby
I met Andrew and Angela at their home in the UK to talk to them about their new book The Hidden Oracle of India. In the andrewandangela.jpgbook they describe their journey to India to meet the Naadi Palm Leaf Readers and how, for Andrew in particular, this has made an impression on their lives.
Colin – In order to be able to understand the Naadi Palm Leaves and the fact that they were taken from the Akashic records there are a number of beliefs to take on board, such as there is such a thing as the Akashic records, and that the Lord Shiva had scribes copy from them onto the leaves, thousands of years ago. How do these ideas sit with you?
Andrew - I have problems with it actually, for Angela it is just par for the course, it’s a natural thing, but for me to imagine that Shiva could have decreed that my life should be recorded on a leaf and then be relayed to me when the leaf chooses to meet up with me (not when I choose to meet it), I found, and still find staggering.
I can’t really make sense of it, but there’s part of me that doesn’t mind. When Angela first told me of the Naadi’s and the way they worked I thought it was poppycock, I just couldn’t believe it whatsoever. Now, having been through the experience of the leaf reading, I’m perfectly happy to accept it, even though I am still sceptical as to how it is done.
I can’t square the circle, I am suspicious of Shiva but am happy to accept that he’s there, I’m suspicious of the Akashic records but somehow what has been told to me can only serve to demonstrate that they exist.
The way that the Naadis have behaved and how they have related my life to me was not vague generalities end of the pier stuff, they were remarkably specific and there is a lot that was said to both of us that is not in the book, so there is no way that they could do this without some other agency assisting them. For me it was Earth shaking.
Colin - Do you find that the journey has stimulated more questions, more searching?
Andrew – I haven’t gone too far down other tracks yet as I have found that what we experienced was daunting enough in a way. It has shaken me so much, yet reassured me much more that I’m almost happy to just accept it for what it is.
Colin – How do you feel about your life having been recorded all those years ago?
Andrew – I find it astounding that we are doing exactly what we knew we were going to do aeons ago, our souls are going down the tracks they are supposed to be on, I hate to think that my life is just running on rails, I’d rather I was building the rails as I went.
Colin – One of the things I found rather mind boggling was the way the Naadis have of sorting the leaves through thumb prints, so how did they know all those years ago which thumb prints we would have?
the%20hidden%20oracle%20of%20india.jpgAngela - It depends where your mind and your thinking is stuck, from your background, your education, or your belief system.
If you can take yourself out of those limitations and find yourself looking down to get an overall picture, take yourself out of linear time and measurement to be able to see the whole of our civilisation, then you can take on the concept of beyond time, where everything is happening at the moment.
You can see or hear at any moment of this civilisation that you wish to pick upon. In doing this you will understand that the intelligence of the Creator overviewing this civilisation gave permission for this information to be given to the seven prophets.
It was known by the Creator that humanity would be based in categories. Anything we do and understand in our consciousness today, we end up categorising. So they created the 108 categories and defined there would be a marking imprint that would come through with the consciousness of the soul that goes into the physical body, hence the thumb print.
Colin – So somewhere there must be a mountain of leaves if every life is recorded?
Andrew – Yes everything was done on leaves. It’s phenomenal and it’s not just lives that were recorded, there’s architecture, medicine, alchemy – every branch of civilisation is there. The whole of South East Asia have developed their own libraries from the leaves as their cultures have developed.
Angela – This is also not to do with religion – we can bless the ancient Hinduism for keeping these records, and if it wasn’t for that they wouldn’t exist, but this is beyond religion as we know it today.
Colin – So the people who were asking you the question must have been working on more that one level, the verbal and the non verbal, in order to sort out who you were and if they had your leaves.
Andrew – Well that was another strange thing because there were many occasions when we would get down to a leaf that I really believed was mine - there would be 10 or 20 questions that I had answered with a 'yes' and then there would be one 'no', and for that he would discard the leaf and start again.
So there are an awful lot of people just like you, just like me, because we found 3 or 4 leaves that I thought were me that transpired to be someone quite different in the end. I can now quite believe that there might be such a thing as doppelgangers.
I was so shocked and staggered that all this could have been sitting there on the table in front of me written down by some bloke in a cave, it was just unbelievable. If it had been happening in Sheffield or Oxford at least it would be in our culture, but this was 4 or 5 thousand miles away with a group of people who spoke an entirely different language, and in a culture that was totally alien to me and presented in a form that was equally alien to me.
Yet here was a leaf in front of me that had details about my university degree, all about by father’s background and his Christian name, there were details about my mother and what she did for a living, it was just unbelievably detailed.
Colin – How did you get on with the idea that you had to clear your past sins?
Andrew - The other thing I found very interesting and again quite a shock was this whole concept of sin. Previously I had dismissed the idea of sins, and when it was mentioned in the reading that I would have to make amends for my sins, it was almost an affront.
Colin – Yes and the idea of having someone, on your behalf, carrying out some kind of ritual for you, purchasing some symbolic clothing on your behalf for ‘puja’ and then giving it to the poor, chanting and so on.
Andrew – Yet when they started to tell me what my sins were, it all made perfect sense, the way I had reacted in this life because of the sins in my past life it was just like clicking a switch, it just made the connection, it felt right. I can’t explain why but deep within myself I know they were 110 percent correct.
It seemed to be a bit like pre-destination, those other worldly notions that really shouldn’t exist, but I’m pretty sure they do now. Does that mean there is a heaven and a hell I wonder?
Colin – As soon as you step into one area, you seem to be asked to take on board a number of others, like the whole thing of Karma and re-incarnation. Some people are really nervous around previous lives for example but I’m absolutely convinced that previous life experiences can transfer to this life.
Andrew – Well it’s interesting to me because they only talked about one past life, when I was a Kshatriya Warrior. And yet when Angela had regressed me previously we encountered a totally different life. It seems that whatever sins you have from each life, you carry them forward each time, and the life the Naadis spoke of made just as much sense as the one with Angela.
For a sceptical, logical man it just didn’t sit very well really!
Colin – Well thank you both for inviting me into your home today and talking so openly.

Report on First Ever International Conference on Naadi Palm leaf Libraries
Report on First Ever International Conference on Naadi Palm leaf Libraries
Held in Prague, Czech Rep. in central Europe
On 5th and 6th June 2010.
Introduction
Prague received the honour of conducting First ever conference on Naadi Palm leaf libraries. Previously, in India, conferences on Naadi Palm leaf were held in Pune and Vadodara in year 2007 and 2009 respectively. Povel Crejci was the main person behind this initiative. At that time no one had slightest idea that the next conference will be held outside India, by enthusiastic Naadi lovers from afar off west country like Czech Rep.
On 5th June 2010 Saturday, morning sharp at 10 O’clock conference commenced in the specious old town Hall complex. Before that right from 9 O’clock onwards enthusiastic crowd had started to assemble in queue to register their names for the meet. No hustle. Everything was very peaceful and orderly manner.
1 Peaceful queue for registration of names.(Photo)
Unlike in India there was no stage arrangement of floral decoration. No banners, no Photos of Invitees and chief guests etc. hung as back drop. Large table covered with white cloth\and decorative chairs, crowd of volunteers running about for last minute preparations were missing. Though the initiation was not as per Indian tradition with lighting of Deepam, the Photos of Maharishi Agasthya and Bhrugu were placed with honour and dignity.
2 On stage from left, Ravi translator, Shashikant Oak, Expert on Naadi palm leaf libraries; Rodic Czech Translator; Shiva Chief Naadi astrologer; Maria; Palanisamy, Naadi reader; Pavel Krejci ; Joseph Schrotter.(Photo)
Joseph Schrotter, a friend of Pavel Krejci, announced formal opening of the conference, from stage of a foot height. He invited Maria and Pavel Krejci for an opening address. Looking at us, he welcomed guests from India. He outlined the program to the audience, and handed over the mike to Maria. She had been the main force of the gathering. She presented bouquets to Chief Naadi reader Shiva Shanmugam, Palanisamy, another Naadi reader, Ravi English translator and Shashikant Oak, expert on Naadi Palm leaf astrology.
Before the start of the conference Pavel told us that he doesn’t approve of any conventional styles of big decorative stage arrangements etc previous communist regime used to follow. To him, everyone goes to stage and simply delivers his speech holding mike in hand.
We were seated in front row, along with Naadi Lover Pavel, Maria, her mother Zdenka. Rodka, son of Joseph was narrating the happenings on the stage in English to us. The entire event was video recorded for future documentary film on Visit of Naadi Maharishi in Czech Rep.. Crew members John, Misha, Jiri and others were accommodated by the side of the large Hall. We were told by Town Hall authorities that not more than 30-40 people had gathered for conferences on earlier occasions. They were astonished at the enthusiastic crowd of more than 120 strong Naadi lovers.
Joseph is well known astrologer. He possesses psychic powers. He is one of the experts on psychic’s analyzer in Czech Rep. He delivered speech with the help of power point projection, on “Sixth Sense and Naadi palm leaf astrology”. He received very worm enthusiastic response by the delegates.
Next speech was by Shashikant Oak. Continuing the thread of the topic, sixth sense by Joseph, he explained that Naadi palm leaf writings are of similar powers to sixth sense or intuition. The great maharishis in ancient past possessed many supernatural powers. As many as 72, till now known MAHARISHIS or Great Sages had developed art of collecting wisdom from the Akashik Records available to their highly developed wisdom. They used most extraordinary powers of theirs for the welfare and goodness of the common people. They rendered the services irrespective of any barriers of language, religions, colour of skin, or national boundaries; that too without any monitory gains.
Earlier in his speech, Shashikant Oak outlined the purpose and significance of this conference. His speech was translated in Czech language by Rodic, Son of Joseph. From the occasional powerful clapping by the listeners it appeared that the address was well received.
Maria alias Mari, narrated her experience of Naadi reading pertaining to her own case. She explained the benefit she obtained from Naadi readings. How astonished she was to see her name and other details being shown to her form the palm leaf pertaining to hers’.
The attendees scattered for the lunch break. Everyone went to nearby restaurants. There was no special arrangement of lunch by the organizers. Hence there was no rush for early lunch eaters.
Indian delegates went to one good restaurant. With a mug of beer, they enjoyed Czech Lunch. There was no undue hurry to finish food. Yet we were in time to be in the hall.
Second Session started with Shashikant Oak again. He narrated very interesting incidences happened with him. How the predictions of Naadi palm leaf came 100% true. How he met his Guru Yogi Ramsurath Kumar and had glimpse of Divinity in the Ashram of Arvinda in Pondicherry.
Next, Shiva was called on stage. He, in his very melodious voice sang the Shiva stuti. Praises verses of Lord Shiva. They were followed by Singing of praise of Maharishis with Palanisamy. Shashikant Oak was invited to narrate the composition of various chapters or kandams of Naadi Predictions in 12 different facets of life. He described his own shocking experience of 9th Kandam. That amused the gathering.
After Pavel spoke about his own experience, Shashikant Oak, in his third session, opened the topic of human body and development of psychic development of his many faculties by the performing of Yogic Practices. They were described by great Sage Patanjali. Thus First day ended with note by “Omkar” Singing of Shiva and Palanisamy. Energy level of everyone was ecstatic in the hall with resounding vibrations.
6th June 2010
Without wasting much time, the first session began with speech by Shashikant Oak, by sharp 10 O’clock. He narrated the importance and necessity of performance of Shanti Deeksha, as per Naadi predictions. He also narrated many instances of those who performed these rituals as suggested. How they were benefitted from it. He requested the audience to perform as prescribed at the earliest, without fail. The results are obtained sometimes late but are always beneficial.
Shiva took the dais next. He narrated after learning of difficult script in Tamil, how he became expert Naadi reader at young age. Later on in span of 25 years, he had readings of thousands of Seekers, scattered from all round the world. The audience was thrilled to hear that in last 15 years, he had more than 10,000 readings of Japanese clients.
